Cooperative Developers
Working in the construction sector most of her career, Judith started and operated contracting firms in four states and now holds multiple state licenses in Florida. While still running the occasional day-to-day operations at e-construction group, she devotes all of her free time as a cooperative developer  building the platform for cooperative economic development, a passion that is shared by the broader community in St. Petersburg.

Jonathan F. Rodriguez recently moved from Puerto Rico to Florida. He studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  As a Cooperative Business Developer for the “Liga de Cooperativas de Puerto Rico” he helped developed hunderds of successful co-ops in various economic sectors including  Agriculture, Food, Health, and Manufacturing, among others. Passionate about healthy finances he became a Certified Personal Finance Counselor helped him develop hundreds of co-ops inside schools in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Amy Sauers is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the College of Business at St. Petersburg College. She specializes in relationship marketing and market research/data science and advocates for a greater role for cooperatives in business. She is honored to be joining the Board of Florida-CEED.

Sheena Qualles-De Freece, CEO of Kidzonomics® LLC, utilizes decades of banking acumen and a myriad of instructional skills to cultivate financial literacy awareness in today’s youth for tomorrow’s economy.  She is diligently conducting financial literacy workshops and crafting a series of youth-focused financial literacy books. “Kidzonomics®’ mission: “Cultivating children’s understanding of money management to strengthen their financial wellness as adults.”

Leigh K. Davis comes to the board of FL-CEED with an interest in creating housing co-operatives in Pinellas County. She has over 20 years experience in communications and community relations for non-profit arts, higher education, city government and cable television.  Her consulting work has focused on art advocacy in the areas of special events, public affairs and talent relations.   Ms. Davis has a BA in Theatre from Emory University.  One of her favorite possessions as a child was a coin pressed with the words "LEIGH IS COOPERATIVE."

Rohland Bryant helped establish the Public Works Academy at Pinellas Technical College (PTC ) and worked at the college for nearly four decades. He is Supervisory Committee Chairperson on the board of Achieva Credit Union.
